October 26, 2023 | Recovering from the reeling effects of the pandemic, any company or organization would agree that the continued well-being of their employees is a top priority. Creating a workplace where they feel valued and cared for, where they are supported and groomed for success and breakthroughs, makes up for the hard work and dedication employees put into their work.
For Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation (NWTF), consistency is important, which is why the microfinance organization continues to reinvent ways and methods that will keep the employees safe, and feel that they are appreciated for their hard work.
