Project Dungganon celebrates its 10 year anniversary

Dumaguete Branch opens along with the 1^st PD branch outside Negros Province in Toledo, Cebu

Dr.Cecilia del Castillo represents NWTF in the Microcredit Summit Campaign held in West Africa’s Ivory Coast as facilitator during the event attended by 600 delegates from 85 countries
